CHIROPRACTIC CARE

ADVANCED EDUCATION

Regular instructors receive ongoing free continuing education on anatomy, biomechanics and wellness best practices with Dr. Brown.

The front desk associate checks students in for classes, professionally greets patients, fields phone calls, sells packages and memberships, updates client accounts, performs light cleaning and laundry to ensure an exceptionally clean environment, makes marketing signage for inside and outside the studio, and manages additional administrative and marketing tasks assigned by studio manager and owners via an online task management system. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing company, as well as a great opportunity to develop skills in facility management, studio operations and customer service.

We are hiring for early morning, evening and weekend shifts.

Preference will be given to applicants who have experience with Mindbody Online and who have worked in the wellness and/or fitness industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to Align Brooklyn patients and clients.
  • Manage the front desk: use Mindbody Online to sign clients into classes, schedule appointments, make purchases.
  • Handle patient and client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner.
  • Work closely with Align Brooklyn’s owners on the implementation of standard operating policies and procedures designed to accelerate, and accommodate the growth of our business.
  • Motivate, lead, and support all studio staff and admin by creating a work environment that is highly personable, community-oriented and committed to achieving and exceeding studio goals.
  • Manage and develop front desk team.
  • Sell packages and memberships, while also developing and growing our sales and new member outreach strategies for continued expansion.
  • Give detailed descriptions of Align Brooklyn services and products.
  • Ensure an exceptionally clean environment and help to maintain a positive and welcoming energy so every “first impression” is up to Align Brooklyn standards.
  • Oversee the studio’s retail operations and studio inventory while providing feedback to owners as needed.
  • Manage administrative and marketing tasks assigned by studio owners via an online task management system, and social media platforms.
  • Develop warm and sincere relationships in the Align Brooklyn community.
  • Assist, lead and organize events and outreach efforts.
  • Assist in hiring of staff and instructors.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years prior experience in retail hospitality, spa, health + fitness and/or restaurants preferred
  • 2-3 years administrative experience
  • Four year college degree required
  • Background in yoga, chiropractic or fitness
  • Able to work a non-traditional schedule
  • Working knowledge of Mindbody Online required
  • Must be available to work hours that exceed 8 hours a day. Must be available to cover additional shifts if necessary.
  • Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing 25 lbs
  • You must be willing to work evening and weekend shifts
  • Preference will be given to applicants who have experience with Mindbody Online and who have worked in the wellness and/or fitness industry.

We are looking for yoga and fitness instructors with certification in yoga and/or Pilates, who can lead, empower and excite our clients through dynamic, challenging and effective classes.
